Building the Future of Construction Technology
We believe contractors deserve tools as smart as the work they do.
Our Mission
Technology That Respects the Trade
We've built a production platform with AI-first project management, 100+ integrated tools, Google Workspace connectivity, and enterprise-grade multi-tenant security — from scratch, in under three months.
Construction is one of the oldest industries in the world — and one of the least digitized. While other industries have been transformed by software, most contractors still rely on spreadsheets, phone calls, and tribal knowledge to run multi-million dollar operations.
We started Chantro because we saw a gap: the tools available to contractors were either too complex for small teams, too generic to understand construction workflows, or too disconnected to create real insight. There was no platform that combined preconstruction, execution, and intelligence into one system that actually learns.
Chantro is our answer. An AI operating system built specifically for contractors — not adapted from enterprise software, not a generic project management tool with a construction skin. Every feature is designed around how contractors actually estimate, sell, execute, and improve.
The Industry
The Construction Technology Gap
The construction industry generates over $13 trillion in global revenue annually, yet small-to-mid-sized contractors — the backbone of the industry — remain dramatically underserved by technology. Enterprise platforms are built for firms with dedicated IT departments and six-figure software budgets. That leaves the vast majority of contractors without tools that match the complexity of their work.
Even when contractors do adopt software, the tools they use are fragmented: one system for estimates, another for project tracking, a spreadsheet for budgets, and a filing cabinet for lessons learned. None of these systems talk to each other, and none of them get smarter over time. The result is lost data, lost time, and lost profit on every project.

Our Philosophy
AI as an Accelerator, Not a Replacement
We don't believe AI should replace the craftsmanship, relationships, and judgment that make great contractors great. What it should replace is the hours spent on data entry, re-keying numbers between systems, and searching for information that should be at your fingertips. AI should handle the overhead so your team can focus on the work that actually matters.
That's why Chantro embeds intelligence into every workflow rather than bolting it on as an afterthought. From automated takeoffs that learn your patterns to risk scoring that draws on your historical performance, AI in Chantro is always in service of your team's expertise — amplifying it, never overriding it.
Every project creates data. Chantro captures that data, compares it against what was planned, and feeds the learnings back. Over time, your estimates get tighter, your projects run smoother, and your decisions get sharper. That's not project management — that's an operating system.
