CRM and pipeline

Every lead, follow-up and conversation in one place.

Move leads across the pipeline, see who to call today, keep every note and call on one timeline, and turn a won lead into a project.

A lead moved down the pipeline, and the day's follow-ups worked.

CRM and pipeline at a glance

  • Know who to call today

The Follow-ups view sorts leads into Overdue, Today, This week, Later and Untouched.

  • One timeline per lead

Notes, calls, meetings, texts and emails sit in order, with system events added for you.

  • A win becomes a project

Convert a won lead into a project in one step and carry on there.

01The pipeline

Drag a lead to its next stage.

See leads as a board or a table, and drag a card to its next stage. Each lead keeps its quoted amount and expected close date as it moves.

  • Quoted amount and expected close date on every lead
  • Mark a lead lost with a reason, and reopen it
  • Five-second undo after a delete

02Follow-ups

The screen that says what to work on today.

Give a lead a next action time and it shows up here, under Overdue, Today, This week or Later. Snooze it from the list; leads nobody has touched get their own group.

  • Overdue, Today, This week, Later and Untouched
  • Set a next action time and snooze from the list
  • Notifications when assigned or a follow-up is due

03Activity timeline

Everything said and done, in order.

Log notes, calls, meetings, texts, emails and voicemails, and Chantro adds events like a stage change. One click writes a short summary of a long history.

  • You log the call, text or email by hand
  • Photos and files attached, from the camera on a phone
  • Each lead, contact and company has a timeline
A lead's history on one timeline: a stage change, a note, a meeting, an email and a call.

04Contacts and companies

Bring your contact list in, and keep it tidy.

Import a CSV or Excel list and check every row before it is added. Chantro matches company names even when they are spelled a little differently.

  • Rows shown before you add them
  • Keystone Lumber and Keystone Lumber Supply meet
  • Leads link to their contacts and companies

05Won

When the lead is won, it becomes a project.

Convert a won lead into a project in one step. From there the work runs in the project: team, tasks, tables and the daily record.

  • Its project number comes from your own sequence
  • A won bid in estimating converts the same way
  • After that, the work is tasks, calendar and time

Also in the CRM

The small things that keep leads moving.

  • Summarize a lead

A short AI summary of a long timeline, when you ask for it.

  • Reminders

Reminders go out when a follow-up is due.

  • Lost, with a reason

Say why you lost a lead, and reopen it if the job comes back.

  • Five-second undo

Delete a lead by accident and bring it straight back.

  • Import from a file

CSV or Excel contacts, with a row preview before anything is added.

  • Companies as well as people

Keep the firm and its contacts together, each with a timeline.

Questions about the CRM.

Want to see it with your own pipeline? Book a demo.

Does it score leads?

Not today. There is no automatic lead scoring or qualification. You decide which leads matter, and the Follow-ups view helps you keep to them.

Does it sync or send email?

No. You log emails, calls and texts on the lead's timeline by hand. If your admin connects Google, the assistant can work with your Gmail.

Can I change the pipeline stages?

Not today. Stages are the ones Chantro gives you, and custom stages are not available yet.

Does it capture leads from a web form?

Not today. Add leads yourself, or import a list from CSV or Excel.

Is it on the phone?

The CRM is on the web, and the Follow-ups view reads fine in a phone browser. There are no CRM screens in the native phone app today.
